
Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE)
The MKDS-Training Sensitive Site Exploitation course is designed for Military, EOD, SOF, Law Enforcement and Intelligence agencies responsible for dealing with terrorist related or other incidents involving weapons, explosives, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and hazardous materials. The aim of the course is to help prepare personnel to exploit intelligence gathering opportunities at sensitive or tactical sites.
This course will enable attendees to become familiar with the TTPs essential to SSE operations and will provide them with the foundation knowledge and skills necessary for identifying, handling and collecting items of evidentiary value as well as performing basic forensic analysis.
Training Concept
The training will focus on the IED components, Threat Assessment and the planning aspect of high level search planning and execution. It will include table top exercises, syndicate planning and field training. As part of the training the students will be exposed to functional IED training devices, Enemy TTP`s when emplacing IED`s, IED components and switches.
